In my class you can expect my unique blend of humor and inspiration paired with hip hop, throwback jams, alternative rock and pop punk. Expect an ever-changing combo ride with hills, sprints, pushups, tap backs and always a killer arm sequence. Profanity and Sexual Innuendos always included at no extra charge!”

“A Ride with me is a GOOD TIME indeed! You will lose yourself in the music while still being challenged to a great workout. My unedited, heart pumping, bass thumping tracks will keep you sweating and grooving. You can count on hearing some Megan, Queen Beyonce, throw in some beats by Drake and Jay-Z and you’ll feel like you’ve been transported from the bike to the club. The true strength of my classes comes together when all the riders feed off each others energy, motivating and inspiring each other to chase after growth and learn to love the struggle. “Music, dancing, and fitness have always been big parts of my life and I truly believe that working out should be FUN! That’s why I describe my classes as half workout, half dance party. You’ll definitely get sweaty but you’ll have a big smile on your face while grooving to the music. You can expect lots of high-energy choreography, your favorite early 2000’s throwbacks, and for me to bust out some goofy dance moves off the bike while cheering you on. I know from personal experience that stepping outside of your comfort zone can be scary, but also FUN & FREEING! I strive to create an environment that makes you feel comfortable & confident while also challenging you to push your limits. No matter how you arrive at the studio, my goal is to have you leave my class on a high and feeling empowered like the badass you are! ”
